Episode #1:Enter Flamedramon
Three years after Adventure. A kid called The Digimon Emperor has taken over the Digital World. He is controlling digimon with Dark Rings. His digimon is Wormmon. Introduction to Davis, Yolei, and Cody. Tai goes to the digital world but Agumon can't digivolve. The three new digidestined get their digivices. T.K., Kari, and Davis go to the Digital world. Davis gets Veemon who armor digivolves to Flamedramon.

Episode #2:The Digiteam Complete
Tai distracts a teaher as T.K., Kari, Davis, Sora, Izzy, Yolei, and Cody go to the Digital World. Yolei and Cody get their digimon who both armor digivolve to Halsemon and Digmon.

Episode #3:A New Digitude
Kari and T.K. find the digieggs of Hope and Light. Their digivices change to D-3's. Gatomon and Patamon armor digivolve to save the others.

Episode #4:Iron Veggiemon
The Digimon Emperor is making control spires. Gabumon gets Matt to come to the Digital World. After the control spire is broken, Gabumon digivolves to Garurumon. The Control Spires are what is preventing the digimon from digivlving to champion.

Episode #5:Control Spires
Gomamon is in trouble. Joe and the digidestined go to help him. After a control spire is destoyed, Ikkakumon destroys the rings on the enemy digimon. He becomes the protector of that area.

Episode #6:Family Picnic
Along with Mimi, the new digidestined have a picnic. After getting seperated, Mimi and Yolei find Palmon. When Roachmon attack, they end up destroying the control spire themselves. Palmon digivolves to get rid of the Roachmons' dark rings.

Episode #7:Gaurdian Angel
The DigiDestined destroy Contorl Spires. In the escaping from the digital world, Kari and Gatomon get seperated and remain there. Andromon appears under the control of a dark ring. Kari reminds him of taking a picture after they defeated Apocalymon, and she cancels out the ring's power. He promises to protect Full Metal City.

Episode #8:Ken's Secret
Davis has a soccer match against Ken Ichijoji, a boy genius. The Digimon emperor is revealed to be Ken.

Episode #9:The Emperor's New Home
Ken feels everyone is against him. He runs away to the Digital World and captures Agumon. He forces Greymon to digivolve, but he Dark Digivolves into SkullGreymon instead of MetalGreymon. He reverts back to Agumon.

Episode #10:The Captive Digimon
Agumon escapes and finds Tai. The Dark Spiral is invented. Agumon digivolves into a virus-type MetalGreymon. They have to fight him now.

Episode #11:The Storm of Friendship
Davis can't fight MetalGreymon. Everyone else, including Matt, is. With the realization that his friendship with Agumon is why he must fight MetalGreymon. He uses the DigiEgg of Friendship to armor digivolve Veemon to Raidramon. The spiral is destoyed.

Episode #12:The Good, The Bad, and The Digi
Biyomon is in trouble. Sora and the new digidestined go to the Digital World but end up in jail where they find Biyomon. Deputymon and Starmon battle. They destor the dark rings on them.

Episode #13:His Master's Voice
Kari is transported to the Dark Ocean. T.K., Pegasusmon, and Angewomon rescue her.

Episode #14:Samurai of Sincerity
While eating at the diner from Adventure, Mimi arrives with her friend Michael who has a Betamon as a partner. DigiTamamon still runs the diner but claims to have changed. He attacks Mimi. Yolei gets so upset and sincere, that she finds the Egg of Sincerity and makes Hawkmon armor digivolve to Shurimon who destoys DigiTamamon's dark spiral.

Episode #15:Big Trouble in Little Edo
The DigiDestined go to a town where a ShogunGekomon is under the control of a dark spiral. The digidestined save the day.

Episode #16:20,000 Digi-Leagues Under the Sea
The digidestined look for a digiegg. They get trapped in an underwater oil tower with a MegaSeadramon outside of it. Cody escapes in a submarine to get Joe. They rescue the digidestined with Whamon. Amadillomon armor digivolves to Submarimon and destroys MegaSeadramon's dark spiral with Ikkakumon's help.

Episode #17:Ghost of a Chance
It is the aniversary of Myotismon's defeat. The return to the TV station and get contacted by Wizardmon's Ghost. Wizardmon tells them that Kindness will release the Golden Radiance.

Episode #18:Run, Yolei, Run
The DigiDestined decide not to leave the Digital World until they destroy the Digimon Emperor's base. Tai, Matt, Izzy, and Matt's dad go on a camping trip as a cover up. Yolei gets hurt.

Episode #19:An Old Enemy Returns
While inside the Digimon Emperor's base, Devimon appears to Ken. Ken makes Kimeramon, a digimon he created, attack.

Episode #20:The Darkness Before Dawn
Wormmon leads Davis and Veemon to the base's source of power. When it turns out to be a digiegg, Davis makes Veemon Golden Armor Digivolve to Magnamon.

Episode #21:The Crest of Kindness
Magnamon defeats Kimeramon with energy that Wormmon gives him. Wormmon dies after that. That gives a wake up call to Ken who is no longer the Digimon Emperor. His base explodes and Ken is given his crest of kindness.

Episode #22:Davis Cries Wolfmon
Davis is jealous of T.K. He wants Veemon to digivolve so he puts him through all these fake problems. Veemon digivolves to Exveemon to beat a Tortomon.

Episode #23:Genesis of Evil
Ken has flashbacks on his life and his brother's death. He returns to the Digital World to find Wormmon's DigiEgg. He hatches as a Leafmon.

Episode #24:If I Had a Tail Hammer
A Thundermon attacks. To save Cody, Armadillomon digivovles to Ankylomon. Stingmon kills the Thundermon. The Stingmon is the champion form of Wormmon. The kids are shocked to see him kill a digimon.

Episode #25:Spirit Needle
Mimi needs help after Palmon is attacked. The new digidestined come to help. Palmon tells them that the attacking Golemon isn't real. A woman with white hair pulled out one of her hairs and stuck it into a Control Spire. The Spire became a digimon. They realize that the Thundermon must have been one too. Hawkmon digivovles to Aquilamon.

Episode #26:United We Stand
Arukenimon makes control spires into a Okuwamon. Exveemon and Stingmon DNA digivolve into Paildramon.

Episode #27:Fusion Confusion
Paildramon continues to fight. Ken puts his Crest in the base. Paildramon wins the fight. Izzy explains DNA digivolving.

Episode #28:The Insect Master's Trap
the digidestined meet Arukenimon at the Giga House. The hosue is filled with insect digimon becasue Arukenimon can control them with her flute. She controls Stingmon and Digmon.

Episode #29:Arukenimon's Tangled Web
Yolei makes a computer music program that reverses the effects of the flute. Arukenimon reveals her true form as a digimon. Mummymon shows up and they escape.

Episode #30:Ultimate Anti-Hero
BlackWarGreymon is made from 100 conrol spires. He refuses to obey Arukenimon and Mummymon. He searches for a worthy apponent.

Episode #31:Opposites Attract
Kari, Yolei, and Ken become invisible to the rest of the digidestined. Gatomon and Aquilamon DNA digivolve to Silphymon to defeat a Blossomon.

Episode #32:If I Only Had a Heart
BlackWarGreymon talks to Agumon. Arukenimon and Mummymon destoy a destiny stone.

Episode #33:A Chance Encounter
Another destiny stone is destoyed. Yolei is on a class trip to Kyoto. She talks to Joe's brother and Sora's dad. She defeats some digimon that made their way to the real world with Shurimon.

Episode #34:Destiny in Doubt
After a third destiny stone is destroyed, a brief glimse of Azulongmon is shown. BlackWarGreymon thinks that he will be his ultimate enemy and he has to sestroy more destiny stones to fight him.

Episode #35:Cody Takes a Stand
Cody is concerned about T.K.. He asks Matt about it. BlackWarGreymon destoys another destiny stone.

Episode #36:Stone Soup
Arukenimon and Mummymon find the last destiny stone. Angemon and Ankylomon DNA digivolve to Skakkoumon.

Episode #37:Kyoto Dragon
The digidestined try to move the stone with their D-3s. Azulongmon appears. He explains armor digivolving and why Kari and T.K. got D-3s. Azulongmon warns them that Arukenimon and Mummymon aren't the only enemies.

Episode #38:A Very Digi-Christmas
Christmas is approaching. The original digidestined all have their digimon brought to them. Digimon appear all over the world.

Episode #39:Dramon Power
Paildramon digivolves to Imperialdramon. He drops the digidestiend off in different spots worldwide.

Episode #40:Digimon World Tour Part 1
Mimi and Davis meet up in New York to send digimon back to the digital world and Kari and Izzy go to Hong Kong, China.

Episode #41:Digimon World Tour Part 2
In Austrailia, Joe and Cody fight water digimon. T.K. and Tai fight Mamemon is Paris. They send the digimon back to the digital world.

Episode #42:Digimon World Tour Part 3
Ken and Matt are in Mexico where they fight digimon with Rosa, a Mexican digidestined with a Gotsumon partner. Yolei and Sora are in Russia. Everyone makes it back to Japan in time for Christmas. Arukenimon and Mummymon have come up with a new plot.

Episode #43:Invasion of the Daemon Corps
Daemon appears with his henchmen. Imperialdramon mode changes to Fighter Mode to beat SkullSatamon.

Episode #44:Dark Sun, Dark Spore
Yukio Oikawas kidnaps Ken. They put dark sprores into children. MarineDevimon and LadyDevimon fight with Shakkoumon and Silphymon. The DigiDestined win but have to kill them in the process.

Episode #45:The Dark Gate
The digidestined meet up with Ken. Together they make a gate to the Dark Ocean and make Daemon go through it so he will remain there.

Episode #46:Duel of the WarGreymon
BlackWarGreymon talks to Oikawa. After a fight with WarGreymon, they try to get him on their side.

Episode #47:BlackWargreymon's Destiny
Noriko's dark spore becomes a dark flower. Cody's grandfather reveals that Oikawa was friends with Cody's dad. He tries to get Oikawa to become good. BlackWarGreymon sacrifices himself to seal the Highton View Terrace gate.

Episode #48:Oikawa's Shame
Due to BlackWarGreymon sealing the gate, Oikawa ends up going to another world. Oikawa has Myotismon inside of him. He makes his return as MaloMyotismon.

Episode #49:The Last Temptation of the DigiDestined
MaloMyotismon makes the digidestined's dreams come true. They are all fake though. Veemon digivolves into Exveemon, Flamedramon, and Raidramon at the same time. They all get the digidestined out of their dreams and into the fight again. The digimon digivolve into all of their forms at the same time.

Episode #50:A Million Points of Light
The digidestined all over the world help in the fight against MaloMyotismon inside the digital world. Imperialdramon Fighter Mode uses Giga Crusher to defeat MaloMyotismon. Oikawa dies but gets to see his partner digimon before his death. The end of the episode shows where the digidestined are now.
