Episode #1: And So It Begins
Introduces the digidestined. They get transported from summer camp to the Digital World. They each find their own In-Training level digimon. After meeting up with each other, they are attacked by a Kuwagamon. All the digimon digivolve into Rookies and defeat him.

Episode #2: The Birth of Greymon
The children are now on a beach with their digimon. They are now attacked by a Shellmon. All the digimon are too hungry to fight except for Agumon who was the only one to eat. When Shellmon has Tai tangled up, Agumon digivolves to Greymon and defeats him.

Episode #3: Garurumon
The kids are resting inside of a trolly. The island where the trolly is is located right next to a Seadramon. While saving T.K., Matt gets caught by Seadramon. This causes Gabumon to digivolve to Garurumon.

Episode #4: Biromon Gets Firepower
The children discover a Yokomon village. A Meramon under the control of a black gear tries to attack the village. To save the Yokomon, Biyomon digivolves to Birdramon. This episode explains about what Black Gears can do to a digimon.

Episode #5: Kabuterimon's Electro Shocker
In a factory, the digidestined come accross an Andromon who was unable to move beacuse of a machine on him. The children help him. He is being controlled by a black gear and attacks the children. Izzy makes Tentomon digivolve to Kabuterimon to save the day.

Episode #6: Togemon in Toy Town
While in the sewer, the children are attacked by a group of Numemon. The children escape into the daylight. The Numemon are scared of it, so they don't follow. Later, more Numemon attack. The digidestined split up. Everyone but Mimi and Palmon was captured by a Monzemon. Mimi and Palmon go to Toy Town to save their friends. Palmon digivolves to Togemon to get rid of Monzemon's black gear.

Episode #7: Ikkakumon's Harpoon Torpedo
While climbing Mt. Infinity in search of the black gears' sorce, he runs into a Unimon under the control of a black gear. Gomamon digivolves to Ikkakumon. The children realize that they are on a small island called File Island.

Episode #8: Evil Shows His Face
The digidestined find an inn to rest in. It is actually a trap. This episode introduces Ogremon and Leomon (who is under control by the black gears). Devimon breaks up File Island into smaller islands to seperate the digidestined.

Episode #9: Subzero Ice Punch
Tai lands on a frozen piece of the island. He finds a Frigimon under the control of the black gear. Frigimon says that he saw another kid fall from the sky. He takes them to Matt and Gabumon. Matt is upset because he can't find T.K.. They both decide to go to Infinty Mountain.

Episode #10: A Clue from the Digi-Past
Mimi finds Izzy in the ruins. She wants to find the others, but Izzy is too obsessed with the ruins. They are attacked by a Cenarumon who has a black gear in him. He tells them about their digivices.

Episode #11: The Dancing Digimon
Joe and Gomamon find Sora and Biyomon. They are about to be sacrificed by Bakemon. Ikkakumon and Birdramon were able to save them after they are weaked by Joe's chanting.

Episode #12: DigiBaby Boom
T.K. and Patamon come across Primary Villiage, where all digimon are born. Elecmon is the caretaker for the baby digimon. He and Patamon get in a fight but eventually become friends.

Episode #13: The Legend of the DigiDestined
The fight with Devimon. None of the digimon can defeat him. He goes after Patamon because a prophecy said the smallest will destroy him. Patamon digivovles to Angemon. He is able to use all his strength to defeat Devimon. Angemon turns back to a digiegg. A mytisterious old man hologram appears.

Episode #14:Departure for a New Continent
The old man is Gennai. He tells the children of Tags and Crests that will let their digimon digivolve to a new level. They are on the continent of Server. Digimon help them build a raft and they depart File Island. They get swallowed by a Whamon. After getting rid of his black gear, he helps them find the Tags.

Episode #15:The Dark Network of Etemon
The children arrive at Server. They discover Etemon, and ultimate level digimon that is basically controlling Server. He has a lot of Gazimon servants. Tai finds his Crest of Courage.

Episode #16:The Arrival of SkullGreymon
Joe finds his Crest of Reliability. Tai is forcing Greymon to digivolve to ultimate so he can beat Etemon. Greymon wasn't ready to digivolve so he dark digivolved to SkullGreymon. He reverts back to Koromon.

Episode #14:Departure for a New Continent
The old man is Gennai. He tells the children of Tags and Crests that will let their digimon digivolve to a new level. They are on the continent of Server. Digimon help them build a raft and they depart File Island. They get swallowed by a Whamon. After getting rid of his black gear, he helps them find the Tags.

Episode #17:The Crest of Sincerity
The kids are walking through the dessert. They come across a cruise ship. It is a trap set up by Kokatorimon, one of Etemon's henchmen. Palmon and Biyomon are able to get them out of trouble. Mimi finds her Crest of Sincerity.

Episode #18:The Piximon Cometh
A Piximon takes the digidestined to his hideout for some training. Matt and Izzy find their crests.

Episode #19:The Prisoner of the Pyramid
T.K. finds his Crest of Hope. The children discover that the Digital World is digital. Because of this, Tai thinks that he can't get hurt. Sora is captured by Datamon. He then freaks out when he realizes he can and is scared to save Sora. He does save her and Sora takes her Crest of Love away from Datamon who is destroyed by Etemon.

Episode #20:The Earthquake of MetalGreymon
The battle with Etemon. Greymon digivolves to MetalGreymon and defeats him. Tai and Koromon then are tansported to the real world.

Episode #21:Home Away From Home
Tai and Koromon travel to Tai's apartment. After seeing Kari still sick a little, he realizes that almost no time has passed from when they went to the Digital World. After Izzy tries to get in contact with Tai, Tai and Agumon return to the Digital World.

Episode #22:Forget About It!
Tai and Agumon find Tokomon, but not T.K.. Tokomon informs Tai of what has happened since his departure. T.K. has become friends with DemiDevimon. After he realized that DemiDevimon has been lying to him, T.K. joins up with Tai, Agumon, and Tokomon.

Episode #23:WereGarurumon's Diner
Matt finds Joe working at a diner. He is told that Joe is working for DigiTamamon until he pays off his debt. Garurumon digivolves to WereGarurumon to defeat DigiTamamon. Joe and Tai go in one direction and Matt and T.K. go in another.

Episode #24:No Questions, Please
Izzy and Tentomon are walking when they are captured by Vademon. Izzy gives up his curiosity and becomes brainless. Becasue Tentomon is driven by Izzy's Knowledge, he de-digivolves to Pabumon. After getting his curiosity back, Pabumon digivolves all the way up to MegaKabuterimon. Vademon is defeated.

Episode #25:Princess Karaoke
Tai and Joe find Mimi at a huge castle. The castle contains Gekomon and Otamamon. They need Mimi to sing and wake up their leader, ShogunGekomon. She becomes a spoiled brat, and won't sing unless they pamper her. She realizes the errors of her way and wakes the ShogunGekomon up. He then attacks them. MetalGreymon defeats him.

Episode #26:Sora's Crest of Love
Everyone has found each other except for Sora. She is upset because she thinks her crest will never glow becasue she can't love. When she realizes that she loves and is loved, Birdramon digivolved to Garudamon.

Episode #27:The Gateway to Home
Gennai appears to the children with new news. Myotismon is going to go to earth to find the eigth digidestined. They all go to Myotismon's castle. After fighting DemiDevimon, Gatomon, and Devidramon. They miss the Gate.

Episode #28:It's All in the Cards
Gennai tells the digidestined that they can use the gate by using cards with digimon on them. One of the cards is a fake. Izzy sets up the cards except for two. One of them is the fake, and one is real. Tai has to decide and chooses right. They are transported to the real world.

Episode #29:Return to Highton View Terrace
The digidestined return to Highton View Terrace. They realize that 4 years ago, they all lived at the same building and watched a fight between a Greymon and a Parrotmon. They conclude that that is why they were chosen. That means that the eigth child saw the fight too.

Episode #30:Almost Home Free
The digidestined make their way home to Odaiba. When a Gesomon attacks, Ikkakumon is there to fight him.

Episode #31:The Eigth Digivice
The children return to their homes. Gennai alerts Izzy that a Raremon has appeared. He has to go alone, because everyone else is unavailable. Izzy's digivice reacted and he realized that the eigth digidestined was nearby.

Episode #32:Gatomon Comes Calling
The children let Joe call everyone they knew in Highton View Terrace. Gatomon finds Kari, but doesn't know if she is the eigth child or not.

Episode #33:Out On the Town
T.K. and Matt are on the subway to drop T.K. off. Patamon leaves the subway when him and T.K. fight. In the search for Patamon, they find Pumpkinmon and Gotsumon, two of Myotismon's henchmen. In a fight with Myotismon, Gabumon digivolves to WereGarurumon and Patamon digivolves to Angemon.

Episode #34:The Eigth Child Revealed
Gatomon keeps watching Kari. Wizardmon finds the eigth digivice. He gives it to Gatomon and reminds her of a moment that happened a long time ago. He told her she was waiting for someone a long time ago. She realizes that she is the eigth digimon and Kari is her partner. Wizardmon and Gatomon try to get Kari's crest but Myotismon finds out. When he realizes she is the eigth digimon, he takes her hostage.

Episode #35:Flower Power
Because of the fog, communication to Odaiba is out. T.K. and Joe are both trying to get there. They both ride on Ikkakumon to travel. Myotismon has Mimi's family captured. After her dad tries to attack DarkTyranomon, her crest glows and Togemon digivolves to Lillymon. She turns DarkTyranomon good. Myotismon shows up.

Episode #36:City Under Siege
Myotismon attacks Lillymon which turns her gray and not able to move. Birdramon took her to safety. Tai leaves Kari with Matt to find the hostages. Ikkakumon digivolves to Zudomon to defeat a MegaSeadramon. Kari leaves Matt and Sora and turns herself over to Myotismon.

Episode #37:Wizardmon's Gift
The children arrive at the TV station. Wizardmon informs everyone about Kari and Gatomon. Myotismon tries to attack Gatomon and Kari but Wizardmon stepped in the way. He died in the process. Kari makes Gatomon digivolve to Angewomon. She defeats Myotismon. The fog remains.

Episode #38:Prophecy
Izzy gets an email from Gennai about an ancient prophecy. The prophecy became true. Myotismon returns as VenomMyotismon, a mega level digimon. Angemon and Angewomon shot Tai and Matt with their arrows of Hope and Light and Agumon and Gabumon warp digivolved to WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon.

Episode #39:The Battle for Earth
The other digimon join the fight against VenomMyotismon. They are able to defeat him. The fog disapears. The Digital World is visable in the sky. They have to return to the Digital World.

Episode #40:Enter the Dark Masters
The children return to the Digital World. The Dark Masters (4 mega level digimon) have taken over the digital world while the kids were gone. They all live on Spiral Mountain. The Dark Masters are MetalSeadramon, Puppetmon, Machinedramon, and Piedmon.

Episode #41:Seasick and Tired
The children are back on a beach. Mimi and joe get seperated. Scorpiomon attacks the kids but Lillymon and Zudomon save everyone. MetalSeadramon appears.

Episode #42:Under Pressure
Whamon saves the children. Izzy discovers that WarGreymon is the perfect digimon to kill MetalSeadramon. The episode ends with WarGreymon about to fight him.

Episode #43:Playing Games
MetalSeadramon is defeated. The children head to the forest. Puppetmon is doing Voo Doo to control what the digidestined are doing. Puppetmon kidnaps T.K. who steals the voo doo dolls and escapes.

Episode #44:Trash Day
Matt is upset that T.K. doesn't need him for help anymore. He walks into the forest and talks to Cherrymon. Cherrymon tells Matt to defeat Tai. Garbagemon are attacking the rest of the kids. MetalGarurumon defeats them. He challenges Tai to a fight.

Episode #45:The Ultimate Clash!
Tai and Agumon eventually accept the fight. Kari is posessed by an unknown spirit. The spirit takes tells them of how they were chosen. Matt decides to travel alone. Mimi and Joe go in another.

Episode #46:Etemon's Comeback Tour
The kids explore Puppetmon's house. Joe and Mimi heal Ogremon. MetalEtemon returns. Ogremon becomes friends with the kids.

Episode #47:Ogremon's Honor
Kari collapses and needs medicine. Tai has flashbacks on when she almost died years ago. Izzy helps him and Tai escape after Machinedramon tries to destroy them.

Episode #48:My Sister's Keeper
Joe and Mimi meet up with Leomon (now SaberLeomon). MetalEtemon is defeated by SaberLeomon and Zudomon. Saberleomon dies in the process. MetalGarurumon shows up and defeats Puppetmon.

Episode #49:Crest of Light
T.K., Kari, and Sora find a WaruMonzemon who is making slaves out of Numemon. Kari and Gatomon free them. The children meet up with Tai and Izzy. WarGreymon defeats Machinedramon.

Episode #50:Joe's Battle
Angewomon and LadyDevimon battle. Sora and T.K. looks for the others. Joe is wandering around looking for Matt. LadyDevimon is defeated and Piedmon arrives.

Episode #51:The Crest of Friendship
The darkness in Matt's heart takes over him in a cave. Gabumon gets him out of it. Joe finds him. The same thing happens to Sora. Matt and Joe get her out of it. WarGreymon is losing the fight against Piedmon. When it looks over, Matt's Crest heals him. The two megas attack.

Episode #52:Piedmon's Last Jest
Piedmon turns WarGreymon, MetalGarurumon, Tai, and Matt into key chains. The others are turned into them as well except for T.K., Kari, and Angemon. (Mimi and Lillymon haven't arrived.) T.K. decides not to give up and makes his crest glow. Angemon digivolves into MagnaAngemon. He seals Piedmon in his Gate of Destiny. He returns everyone back to normal. Gennai informs them that they are not the only danger.

Episode #53:Now Apocalymon
The digidestined have to beat Apocalymon, the creator of the Dark Masters. He de-digivolves all the digimon to rookie level. He breaks the crests. The digidestined use the power of the crests within themselves to make their digimon digivolve.

Episode #54:The Fate of Two Words
The digidestiend seal Apocalymon with their digivices. Gennai says the digidestined have to leave the Digital World. The kids make their goodbyes and leave on a trolly car.
