Digimon World DS

INFORMATION

Digimon World DS is the first digimon video game to be released for the Nitendo DS. The digimon are from Savers/Data Squad. You are a digimon tamer, and raise and train your digimon. You can have 6 digimon in your party, but can put addition digimon in your Digi-Farms, which are farms where the digimon you aren't using can play, train, and eat. Calumon takes care of your farms when you are gone. The Digi-Farms have themes for the types of digimon you put there. You level up your digimon in random battles in different areas. You can use Wi-fi to trade, and match digimon with friends. After boss fights, and mission completions, you raise tamer ranks. The final boss is Chronomon Destroyer Mode. After you beat him, you win the game. You can then go back to the location where you beat him and beat him again as Chronomon Holy Mode, who is stronger. If you do, you get scan data for him. Once you have 15 mega digimon, you can battle the 7 Demon Lords. You first battle them sperately, but later have to face them in a row with no breaks, and all of them are level 99. If you do, you get Beelzemon and Calumon, both of which are level 99.

PERSONAL REVIEW

I love this game! I 100% reccomend it. The amount of digimon you can get scan data for is amazing. I beat the game, and beat Chronomon Holy Mode. I beast the 7 Demon Lords seperately, but not the level 99 ones. My digimon are in the 60s and 70s levels, and it takes a while to train them. All digimon have aptitude levels which they can't go past. You have to de-digivolve them and train again to get them to higher levels. When I had to do this, I would equip the ultimate weapons to my DotAgumon, and take my DotAgumon and DotFlacomon, along with my party at their In-Training stages, to the stongest area and fight. My digimon could digivolve after one small battle with all the experiance earned. Chronomon Destoyer Mode is very easy. I beat him with 3 ultimates, even though he is mega-level.
